F&Q

First of all, I have looked at the FAQ section of the 'ebooks.com' website which had plenty of questions available.



Then I searched up hives' FAQ section in which the refund and payment methods caught my attention.





So after researching both the FAQs of the e-book sites mentioned above, I managed to compile 11 Questions to add to my FAQ part of the site. These questions being:
  1. Do I need a special software or a hardware to read the E-books bought?
  2. Can I download the E-books I bought to my computer?
  3. Can I print the E-books?
  4. Which payment methods do you accept?
  5. Are there any benefits of reading E-books?
  6. Is it possible to request books for recovery?
  7. What is the refund policy?
  8. Is it possible to refund a product?
  9. How do I order a cancellation?
  10. Are the products downloadable in areas other than the United Kingdom?
  11. Are the recovered books 100% authentic?

With the help of the Wix FAQ app, I was able to add the questions along with answers to them easily and neatly. The answers to each question could be found by simply clicking on the question the consumer needs an answer to and the answer would be shown. Choice of E-commerce

Electronic Books My website will be following the Business-to-Consumer(B2C) E-commerce model as the products are aimed to be sold to none other than the consumers themselves. Two similar websites I am going to be researching two different websites that are famous or known to be selling E-books which are :   1)Ebooks:  This below, is the e-Books.com home-page.
